Mother

Observaciones:

This work was the first painting I created about motherhood, it refers to my personal experience, an agri-sweet experience on the reality of motherhood. It reflects the special feeling that a mother has for her son, but also the difficulty and tiredness involved in the whole process of raising and educating that human being. The repetition and transparencies allude to all the frantic action, the crying and the consolation, the wear and tear on both sides. The face of the mom is covered in white, as if it were a statue, without blood dripping from exhaustion, but there is a flame, which represents passion and love, despite everything.
